Universal’s holiday season starts November 14 and runs through January 3, included with park admission.
The centrepiece is the parade of oversized balloons floating down the streets of Universal Studios Florida, joined by the Minions from Illumination’s Despicable Me and characters from DreamWorks’ Shrek and Madagascar films.
One scheduling note for anyone planning a trip: this starts just under two weeks after Halloween Horror Nights closes on November 1, so early-to-mid November is the one genuine gap in Universal’s fall calendar.
